Senses Electronics is India’s largest manufacturer of Intelligent Interactive panels for education with over 70% market share. Having consistently grown over the last 6 years, Senses Electronics wanted to increase its manufacturing capacity in Pune, and wanted the manufacturing facility to also house a chic office.

Creative Architects provided complete end-to-end Turnkey (design + execution) architectural services and interior design services. The team completely designed and delivered the project, to house a 2500 Sqft fully functional modern office and a 4500 Sqft manufacturing facility under the same roof.
The site which was a barren land with mostly flat terrain was transformed into a state of the art manufacturing facility and a chic office, with conference rooms, product demo room, and offices for the sales leadership team.

Architectural Work
Project was designed prioritizing product manufacturing and assembly lines
Location of the manufacturing area was designed to ensure conveyor belts, burning area, testing area and packaging area are aligned and can be monitored from a single passage
Loading and unloading areas were designed separately for seamless assembly and disbursal
Designed the structure along with all the services like plumbing, electrical, AC, etc.
Interior Work
Used dry wall partitions and bubble sheet sandwiched between aluminium foils for temperature and humidity control
Added big punctures as viewing windows along the passage with corporate branding with light colour theme for better ergonomics, to monitor complete assembly process from a single passage
Installed custom light fittings, and vertical gardens to create a great human experience within a factory setup
All light fittings and furniture were custom built on-site
We are very happy with the work done by Creative Architects, it was a milestone moment for the company to increase our manufacturing capacity to 1000 units per month. We also wanted a chic office to host our customers for product demo in the same facility. Rajlaxmi and Ganesh delivered as per estimates and plan and kept us involved throughout the process.
