American Hotel and International Hotel Supply company, a leading supplier of hotel equipment for 5- and 7-star Hotels around the world, wanted to setup its first office in SAARC. The objective was to setup a chic and visually appealing office in Mumbai which should serve the purpose of a sales office as well as a space to display their product and equipment.

The objective was to setup an ergonomic work space with 9 work stations and two cabins for managers. Additionally they wanted a display area for displaying the products and equipment they sell.
Having worked with a lot of designers around the world, delivery timeline and budget management were key concerns apart from having a world class designer office.
A beautifully designed and functional office space with display area delivered
The office space and display area were designed to be homogeneous and to complement. This was driven by the choice of materials and colours after having studied each and every product to be displayed including their sizes, material, usage, and colour. The visual impact was created as such to ensure more focus on the product display areas.

Understood client requirements for the India office, presented the layouts, mood boards, samples of furniture, materials, finishing items like carpets, paints, back painted glass, etc. were shown and approved. All civic works including walls, toilets, electrical layouts and flooring was done. Complete project was delivered in 28 days including lights, fixtures, paint and furniture.
